| Comments | Organ: Cotyleden, Tomato seedlings expressing gene pairs Avr9 and Cf-9, or Avr4 and Cf-4, were maintained at 33oC till 7 days after emergency of hypocotyls above soil, then temperature were shifted down to 20oC. Cotyledons were sampled 8 hours after temperature shift for RNA isolation that was directed to cDNA-AFLP analysis. |
