This BAC is listed as part of a 3 member contig. All 3 members have plausible matches to TG9, which is on tomato chromosome 9. I can't understand why this BAC and another one from the same contig, LE_HBa0136D21, show a physical map link to chromosome 1. Only one of the 3 BACS in the contig links to the physical map for chromosome 9, C09HBa0203J14. Help? |
